Licensed Collection Agency Startup – Chinese Community Focus
We are building a new, fully compliant Ontario Collection Agency focused on serving the Chinese community across Toronto and the GTA.
We are now seeking a Partner / Co-Founder with at least 2 years of industry experience (or equivalent) to join us in establishing and leading the collection operations.
This is a rare opportunity to become a founding member of a regulated, fast-growing professional service business in Ontario.
Who We Are Looking For?
We are seeking a partner with 2+ years of experience in at least one of the following:
✔ Collection agency operations
✔ Consumer or commercial debt collection
✔ Bank or financial recovery (credit card, loan recovery, risk control)
✔ Accounts receivable / AR management
✔ Skip tracing / tracing debtors
✔ Negotiation and repayment arrangement experience
✔ Small Claims Court or legal recovery
Equivalent experience within the financial, legal, or credit industry is also accepted.
Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset but not required.
In short, you will be a core member of the leadership team, helping shape policies, compliance, and operational workflows.
